• going for overseas travel & shopping 
• using bibliotherapy - a blog about my thoughts and poems 
• reading and collecting children's books
• connecting with people from all walks of life

• Diploma in Special Education (National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technolgical University) 
• Bachelor of Psychology (Edith Cowan University)
• Triple P Level 4 (Positive Parenting Programme) Accredited Practitioner
• Playback Theatre Practitioner & Graduate from the School of Playback Theatre (New York)
• Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) - Full Member 

Awards:

• Fei Yue Volunteer Award for 2005 and 2006
• Singapore International Foundation Volunteer Award for Overseas Playback Theatre Project in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2007 & 2008
